issue 01: resilience
The debut issue of Hella Pinay is a celebration of resilience—of surviving, creating, healing, and imagining new futures. Published amid a year of collective grief, social upheaval, and transformation, Issue 01 brings together interviews, fashion editorials, photography, and personal storytelling that center the creativity and power of the Filipino diaspora. Featuring dual covers with King Marie and We Are The Ones' Arm The Girls mutual aid initiative, the issue marks the beginning of Hella Pinay's journey as a print publication and a testament to the strength found in community, representation, and radical self-celebration.
