Marking Hella Pinay's return to print after an almost two-year hiatus, Issue 04: The Fashion Issue explores fashion as a vehicle for identity, storytelling, and cultural preservation. Moving beyond aesthetics, the issue spotlights designers, artists, and creatives across the Philippines and diaspora who use clothing, textiles, and adornment to express lineage, challenge convention, and build community.
